Most clients have more options than they are aware of. With the current market conditions and depending on your equity position, selling your home may not be an option. Often times after deducting the cost to sell your home there is not enough equity left. Thus far the banks have not been very helpful in working with their clients. What is a person to do? That is why we came up with an exciting new program to create a win-win situation. This is not your only option, however, definitely one you should explore. What is in it for you? First; some cash to move with. Second; it can save you from having a foreclosure on your credit. This is a big deal if you ever want to have a home again. Third; the back payments and the house payments are made by the investor. This builds your credit and makes it easier for you to rent a home until we can get your credit built back up again to where you can own. This can be less than two years with the right guidances from us. Forth; depending on your equity position there can be a cash bonus at the end of the lease.
